2026 Kiva Family Camp

​Program Fees and Cancelation Policy

FAMILY CAMP REGISTRATION IS OPEN!​

Family Camp Program Fees are based on the number of adults and children over 4 years old attending. Children under 4 years old attend for free. There are sliding scale options to ensure the program is affordable to a wide range of families, while maintaining Kiva’s ability to provide quality experiences.   • Program Fees: 

    • Adults: $250-$350

    • Children 5-17 years old: $150-$250

    • Children 4 and under attend for free

    • Friend and Family Discount: $25 off for each additional adult and child 5-17 years old

  • Registration Fee:  A non-refundable registration fee of $125 is due at the time of registration to reserve a spot (this comes out of the total cost.)

  • ​Payment Plan: If you enroll in a payment plan, your remaining balance after the deposit, will be split into two equal installments. The first payment is due April 30th, and the 2nd payment is due May 29th.
     

  • Work Trade: A handful of work trade opportunities are available and include supporting our wonderful chef with meal prep and clean up, organizing supplies, camp set up and breakdown, and helping with parking or registration. Please fill out the application to find out more and apply.

  • Financial Assistance:
    • There is a limited amount of funding available for families who need financial assistance.

    • Even if you've applied for financial assistance in the past, please fill out the application again to be considered.​​​​​

  • Refund Policy:

    • The registration fee is non-refundable.​​

    • If you cancel on or before May 29th, you will receive a full refund, except the non-refundable registration fee.

    • Full Program Fee Responsibility: If you cancel on or after May 30th, you agree that you will be RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL PROGRAM FEE AND IT BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE. ​​

If you enroll on or after May 30th, there will be a 48-hour grace period to cancel and receive a full refund, except the non-refundable registration fee.

 

*In the case of a family emergency, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis with the Directors.​

  • When you register

1. Select the number of participants based on who will be attending. If you need to change the number of people attending later, please let us know and we can adjust the fees accordingly.​

 

2. Select your Payment Plan: You can select to pay in full or pay only the deposit and sign up for a payment plan.

If you do NOT pay in full, you can choose to be automatically enrolled in a payment plan outlined below, or "pay manually" online or by check later (you are still responsible for paying on the dates outlined below).

  • First Payment is due Thursday, April 30th

  • Second Payment is due Friday, May 29th
