2026 Summer skills programs
​Tuition and Cancelation Policy

Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $75/session/child is due at the time of registration to reserve a spot (this comes out of the tuition total.)

Discounts:

Sibling Discount: Get 10% off session prices when registering multiple children at once (excluding the first child).

Multi-session Discount: Register for multiple sessions at once to receive 5% off each additional session.

If registering more than one child, this discount applies to all sessions except the first for each child.​

The Super-Summer Saver: Register for all 4 youth programs and get 10% off your total purchase! (cannot be combined with the multi-session discount)

Referral Discount: Refer a friend and you both will receive $50 off your total purchase.

The referred family will receive a coupon code.

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the session begins, you will receive a 90% refund​

Full Tuition Responsibility: If you cancel within 4 weeks of the session start date, you agree that your family will be RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL TUITION AND IT BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE. Even if you’re on a payment plan, and you decide to cancel, you are agreeing to pay the full tuition. (see dates below):​​

*If you enroll within 4 weeks of the session start date, there will be a 24-hour grace period to cancel and receive a 90% refund.​
*In the case of a family emergency, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis with the Directors.​

When you register
​
1. Select Sessions: When registering, please add all desired sessions for all children to your cart before checking out. To automatically trigger our Sibling and Multi-Session discounts, every selection must be processed in a single transaction. Example: If you are registering two children for two weeks of programs, your cart should contain 4 items (e.g., 2 Wild Waters and 2 Herbal Arts selections) before you proceed to checkout.

2. Child Information: Enter the registration form questions for each child.

3. Select your Payment Plan: At the time of registration, you can select to pay in full or pay only the deposit and sign up for a payment plan.
If you do NOT pay in full, you can choose to be automatically enrolled in a payment plan outlined below, or "pay manually" online or by check later (you are still responsible for paying on the dates outlined below).

Payment Plans: If you enroll in a payment plan, your remaining balance after the deposit will be split into 2 equal installments. The first payment is due 8 weeks before the session start date, and the 2nd payment is due 4 weeks before the session start date. If you're enrolling in multiple sessions, you can choose a 5-installment plan with 3 weeks between payments.
